I checked in late do to my flight being delayed due to weather. The elevator was broke so i had to carry my luggage up 3 sets of stairs to get to my room. It would have been nice if someone would have offered to do it since the elevator was under construction. The front desk worker was nice, respectful and warming other than that. The room had a weird smell and the bathroom toilet sat very low to the ground. Nevertheless,.smooth checkin, great location and comfortable stay. I would come again.

Parking valet expensive..room too small and old stuff .bathtub not drained . No elevator with alot the luggage and carry on..no refrigerator..no microwave .. just paid for old bed room to sleep .. .. yall need to upgrade becuz yall have good locations ..

I don’t know what was beneath our room but the floor just vibrated all night. Building is very old with no functioning elevator. I was very disappointed in cleanliness and the building. Staff was great
