My overall stay was good. But The bathroom in room was a not up to par. The toilet seat was rundown and discolored and the shower was a little cruddy. I booked a Bayview suite but barely saw the bay. There was just a sliver in between the 2 buildings. Ive stayed here several times before for work and leisure and this time wasn't as great as before.

I stayed at the Mondrian South Beach for 6 days and 5 nights, overall it was Ok. The place is clean but does require to be upgraded. The place is a bit rundown. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. It is in a great location and the view facing Bayside is amazing. The staff are somewhat friendly and courteous. They need to improve on this or just maybe they choose who to be nice to, that’s the feeling I got. A few times they asked me to see my room card when entering the pool. I don’t know what that was about. To use the beds and the big cabanas at the pool is a bit steep, $300 and $600 and I had no idea they would hold $200 per night at check in. That was a lot, USD $1,000. They said it was a hold but my bank confirmed it was a charge. They do provide bike rental free for two hours, that came in handy and we took advantage of this. Also, they are quick in dropping off extra towels and toiletries. I just wish they were more welcoming. I found them a bit cold and uninviting, even the housekeeping staff, they don’t speak English.

A pearl on a bay
It was a Pleasant day. Location is super. It is in a quiet safe environment next to good café And restaurants. The visitors are Mostly adults Which was Great. I love the property. I love the Service Highly recommended recommended.
