This property charges fees like it’s a fancy resort. The room I was in was extremely run down. Dirty and stained couch, a rug that has never been vacuumed. The room was cleaned daily but there was still so much hair clumps that were not my hair and poor attitudes from many of the staff. The servers at the pool were very nice but front desk and doormen had awful attitudes. They charge $200 per day to hold for expenses on your room and the rooms are so run down it does not make sense. Pool area is nice but the people who check your bags are rude. Would never up back to this place. It’s way too expensive for the service and little amenities.

I made a reservation for me and my gf and the website didn’t say you need to be 21 so I made at 11:00PM and I got to the hotel the next day at 3:00PM and they say you need to have a person that’s 21 with and a credit card I tell them i already pay for it can I just have someone that’s 21 come and we can go in they say no you need to pay again and with a 21 year old person my gf is 20 I’m 20 one year difference and they didn’t let us in so stupid and i didn’t get my money back I spent $700 and I tell can I get my money back they say we can’t help you with that and Expedia didn’t help either they deserve 0 stars and the staff was so rude about it

Baia beach attached to hotel was nice. But room bath room was dirty. Lots of mold in the tub. We found a cigarette butt by the window in the room. We also found a roach in the room. We showed the front desk & they reduced the resort fee. Parking is expensive, which I wish I read before booking. They need a lot of updates. Pictures they have currently are old photos.
