Wow! What a wonderful ALL around experience. The staff, food, amenities, the hotel decor, literally everything has been great. Our only critic is we wish both elevators were working. We loved the one night so much we extended our stay for a second.

Highly Recommend!
Amazing hotel. Staff is great, friendly, and helpful. Everyone was on point and really made you feel like you were welcome and enjoying yourself. Room was comfortable and cozy. 2 pools and lots of space to relax. Great location to stay if you are attending a show at the Fillmore. I will definitely find a reason to come back to The National.

Hotel had a great vibe and staff provided excellent service. Bathrooms were tiny and closets huge. Should be the other way around. I was disappointed we were not told the hotel was undergoing renovations during are stay. There were longer than usual wait times for the elevator because one was not working and the working one was often occupied by hotel staff.

I stayed there Friday and Sunday. They charged $350 and $420 for each night. They also took a $97 "security deposit" from my card twice. And they haven't returned it. It's been over 5 banking days. I didn't damage the hotel, I didn't use the bar. I just went to bed at night, woke up in the morning. My last name mr KOROL. Check your transactions

We LOVE this property and have stayed here about 6 times. We always stay in the cabana rooms because they have outdoor space. Although, they are currently under construction, but so is most of Miami right now. It wasn’t loud just not as pretty as it usually is. The staff is amazing and has always gone above and beyond. The food is amazing. It just has a really low key relaxing vibe.
