Very solid property overall, clean room and an initial customer service issue was dealt with really well with the offer of a free cabana and late check out. The hotel is reasonably priced vs the local competition. I would say there is building work happening next door and it was loud, my only quibble.

Overall I love this hotel. Great value and vibe for the price. The design is great, hotel felt clean, and location and beach are amazing. Every staff member was really friendly and helpful. My feedback is that it felt like a ripoff that I paid 50$ a day in resort fees and was told if I wanted an umbrella with my beach chair it would be 25$. Other feedback is you can hear your neighbors so if you prefer a silent sleeping environment, bring some earplugs just in case. But having stayed in many hotels in the area, its still my favourite at this price point.

Old but new property.
We were upgraded to an oceanfront room on the top floor at a discounted price. Well worth it. Bed was amazing. Restaurant on site had okay service. Despite the resort fee, we were asked to pay &25 for umbrella on the beach. I found this unacceptable. The manager Melody was very accommodating in extending our check out at a discounted cost. Overall a good stay.

The hotel itself was nice. Staff was friendly and it was nice to have a hotel restaurant and bar on site. The pool was nice as well and has a poolside bar for your convenience. There is a path leading down to the beach for beach access as well. I was not a fan of my room, however. I had a king bedroom on an end unit and basically my bed was floating in the middle of the room with no nightstands next to it, so it made plugging in my phone and having water nearby very complicated. The bathroom was also extremely small and had no space to put your toiletries on the counter. The drain in the sink kept blocking up due to hair in the drain and the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash trio in the shower was falling off the wall. I stayed as a single person in this room during a conference, I could not have imagine staying in this room with a double occupancy, just for the bathroom alone. My other collegues had the same complaints about the bathroom as well, so be aware of that.

This was another trick. The photos are not what the room is. There is a big machine next ro the outside deck. The ocean view is blocked. The furniture is stained with who knows what. Just a bug let down. I will never go there and get that penthouse.

A very deceiving property. First floor is really nice, clean and it smell as like beach… then they send you to your rooms and they are very outdated, old, dirty. Carpet on the hallways are dirty. The chair in our room had weird stains on them and you can tell they never wiped off the dustbin any furniture piece.

I love this art deco hotel classy and clean smells so nice in the hallways. My room was so clean and it had the art deco ferl to it with the pictures on the wall.
