This hotel is in a convenient location, safe area, nice staff, Is the only draw back from my opinion is the pool was cild fir my liking because if the shade, Keep in mind.I came here in december. I'm sure the shade is appreciated during the hot months. The only other comment I will make, It seemed like the Employees at the beach Weren't thrilled with their job...

We stayed here for couple of nights during our visit to Miami and Miami south beach. The stays was comfortable, the pool area is big and was comfortable. However the pool isn't temperature controlled, therefore it was cold during evenings and kids couldn't enjoy. The pool otherwise was good for a refreshing swim post playing at the beach. The access to beach was great and service at the beach too was spot on.

I decided this hotel for my birthday and i was expecting way more from this hotel i was very disappointed . The pictures online and the actual hotel look different. The bathroom is pretty small and tight , it’s also right in front of the door . there isn’t any microwave in the building if you are hoping to warm up you’re food which is very inconvenient. What also got me was the $600 deposit we had to pay, refundable or not thats too much of a down payment when most hotels charge $100-150 deposit when you are checking in. I didn’t like how dark and spooky it was there , the”aesthetic”was not aesthetically pleasing .

The pool area was beautiful but the room was awful, the window was overlooking airline shaft, the furniture was extremely dated with tears. The front desk was not aware of Expedia VIP program and refused to look it up.

Dirty Rooms
The room was very dirty especially the bathroom. There were stains on the couch and curtains. There was mildew in the bathroom tiles. Also, there was black stains on the pillow cases and I slept on it. I mentioned all of this to the concierge on my second day and no one did a thing to come and take care of this. Very disappointed
