MY HUSBAND AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH OUR SERVICE FROM DOORMAN KAVON. I TRULY HOPE HE GETS COMMENDED ON THIS SURVEY. KAVON WAS VERY HELPFUL DURING OUR TIME AT THE PRESIDENT HOTEL. THAT WAS MY 3RD TIME STAYING IN THE HOTEL. THANK YOU FOR WORKERS LIKE KAVON. ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD IS THAT THE ROOM PHONE DIDN'T WORK. IF I NEEDED FRONT DESK I HAD TO KEEP GOING DOWNSTAIRS.

Property is of quality for the price. Good breakfast not easy walk to the beach friendly staff clean room. I did not come on vacation to watch tv so the Chanel’s don’t matter to me… music choice Chanel has good selection of trending Miami music. Nice job will return asap. Not as busy as 10th-12th street if you’re looking for a lot of action it’s a walk a few blocks down. Hotel on one of the quieter blocks on the strip.

The president hotel is located in a great location. Close to a lot of things. I feel that the rooms can have a little bit more of an upgrade. The staff provided excellent customer service. Michael and Lourdes were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The bartender was very nice along with the remaining of the staff.
