Horrrible customer service. I was unable to make it to Miami due to Hurricane Helene coming from Augusta Georgia which got hit pretty bad. I informed them that I would not be able to make it and they absolutely refused to work with me. I wasn’t even requesting a refund I was requesting to book for a future stay. Absolutely horrible customer service. Not worth it.

We just had an overnight here but it was a wrest stay! Loved the big soaking tub. Our room was huge, clean the bed was comfy! Only thing that could have made it better is if we could have got the room a little colder it wasn’t bad at all, but we prefer it being cold cold when sleeping

Nice hotel for a fair price. I liked how close to the beach it was. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the nightlife and beaches. Easy bus ride to Loan Depot Park to catch a ballgame and also to Little Havana.
