We checked in late at night after evacuation of our hometown for a hurricane. Check in took hours. We went to our room and found cracked / loose floor tiles throughout the unit. No sheets for the sofa bed - sheets didn't arrive until 2am. Dead bugs all over the unit. Showers disgusting. Someone else's body hair in the bed linens. Horrible room conditioning. Cracked glass in entry door. We slept there that night and were booked for two additional nights (total of 3 nights) but we checked out to go to a different hotel immediately in the morning. I dropped the room keys off at the front desk and let them know we were leaving early. I whispered to the manager about the issues with the room. She said sorry about that but your 3 night stay is non refundable.

I did like the proximity to the beach and shopping. What I didn't like was the condition of the apartments. The bed linens had someone's fake eyelashes and human hair on them. Chipped tiles, stove not clean. This is sad as I have been staying at this location for the past four years. It is really in need of attention and care.

The apartment is lovely but things needed fixing and they never responded to our requests. Secondly, only street parking and if your are lucky enough to get a spot you have to Uber from now on. Thirdly, you can't walk to any shops, restaurants, etc.

This property is incredibly basic. Curtains provide no blicking of light. No lining on curtains. Windows were flithy as was the outside area. It just loked grubby. It rained for half an hour and that cause pools of flooding. My mum couldn't walk through it. No one could without getting you socks and runners totally wet. This accommodation is only suitable for students looking for a night stay. Not for people looking for comfort whilst holidaying

Is a cute place and concept, but the upkeep is absolutely poor. Doesnt look like the place has been cleaned in over a year. Disgusting. Then they want to charge you for extra if its clean when you leave. No reciept at checkout. Bed is rock hard and so is the couch.

After attempts of contacting the property management, there were bed bugs, lizards in the room, broken AC, and a broken bed. I have photos of all, i had to leave after a morning because of the conditions. They don’t refund so book at your own risk as I’ve lost money trusting this place. Area is nice i will say that.

The company that I work for keeps sending me to this hotel, first couple times I use it it was horrible because the room had big giant roaches and little ones too!! I went to the front desk and they asked me if the roaches were the big ones or the small ones hahahahaa I can’t believe she asked me that. This time, NO WIFI, my room didn’t have shampoo or body wash, I requested and they never bring it at all, no explanations. This place is super dated. The only good thing is location.

The apartments were huge and the location is just perfect. In a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the beach. They offer beach towels at the front desk and I wish they had beach chairs and an umbrella, that would be just perfect. There are two Citi Bike spots nearby which is one of the best ways to explore SoBe

Location of the hotel was great. That was the only positive thing i can say. House keeping came once for the 6days i stayed. We had no hot water for 5 days. The shower tap was broken and water kept dripping in the tub. The last 2 days of our stay they we're doing renovations in the room above us. It was loud. I won't stay here again
