We stayed at Hotel Manin and the check-in process was easy. The breakfast included was okay, they served canned versus fresh fruits but it was still good for the price we paid. The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, we had an emergency and had to cut the trip short. They would have refunded the rest of the days we didn’t use our rooms but since it was pre-paid through Expedia, they couldn’t do it. This hotel is also pet friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Duomo, as well as many great restaurants and shops. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for Europe, and we found them to be very comfortable. Breakfast was quite decent, especially considering the price. The only downside was that one of our rooms had a shutter blocking the window that couldn't be opened, which meant there was no natural light and the room felt quite dark. Aside from that, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others

This hotel is very nice, I highly recommend it! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They even upgraded our room for no extra charge. The staff was very courteous as well. They held onto our bags for a few hours after we checked out. No complaints!

What I loved about the place was the staff. What I didn’t like was the AC is locked at 22C and it still didn’t keep up with that temp. One of two elevators was not working the entire 5 days we were there, and it sure didn’t look like it was ver worked on. No hooks to hang your wash cloths under the sink. 50/50 on if we would stay here again because the staff was that good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, appreciating the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the delightful restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet. Everything was truly amazing. The only area that could benefit from some attention is the corridors, which appear not to have been renovated yet. Additionally, the cleaning products used in the room had a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of a hospital. I believe there are excellent products available that could be used to enhance the experience with a more pleasant scent. I certainly plan to return to this hotel on my next trip, as its location in Milan is superb.

The room was ready upon our arrival. The check in process was smooth and friendly. The location is nice and is easy to walk to the main attractions like the Duomo and Castle Sforzesco. There is a large park across the road for a quiet stroll. The gym is super tiny and has a bit of a bad odor. Breakfast was fair. Offerings were limited for fresh fruit and hot healthy options.

Cant recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location only around 15 minutes to the duomo (walking). Swanky place good bedroom size and condition. The only thing that let it down was some minor wear and tear in the bathroom and that both the toilet and boiler? Were quite loud on occasion (filling back up). I would 100% stay again
