Very centrally located hotel within walking distance to the Duomo. Friendly staff, spacios rooms with modern upgrades, large terrace and comfortable bed. The service is exceptional. We had dinner at the Rooftop restaurant. Great food and view. Service started off well but diminished as the restaurant filled up. We were extremely pleased the accomodations at this hotel.

Great hotel . It’s high end and staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. The roof top bar is why I deduct one star for service . View is gorgeous . Need reservations in advance as it is popular and packed especially dinner time . Hostess could be more friendly. One was snobby and looked us up and down before telling her Cowper to help us. Just one person we found to be Very unprofessional and rude .

The hotel is gorgeous and our room was spacious and very clean. We loved having a private veranda off our room, and it was peaceful and quiet at night. The bathroom was floor to ceiling marble with a rainfall shower. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were not incredibly friendly during arrival, breakfast, check-out, and when arranging for a taxi. We were not greeted with smiles, no hello or how are you, staff seemed disinterested in showing friendliness or exchanging pleasantries, which was off putting.

Friendly hotel and great service. Area is not the best but plenty within a 5 minute walk. The rooftop restaurant has excellent food and service but the music was a little loud.

Place was nice. Room was great size and bathroom was spacious. My only real complaint was that we wanted ice and it was going to be 7.5 euros. At nearly $500 a night, I wouldn’t expect to get nickled and dimed
