Do call again!
Well beyond adequate! Staff at desk and in restaurant area were efficient and polite. Room was comfortable with clean and tidy bathroom. Only issue was continual drone from air condition unit outside our window.

Friendly and welcoming
I booked this as a last minute due to the property i had booked was awful and we couldnt stay. The receptionist, Dan, was welcoming and friendly. The overall atmosphere was positive and the room was clean. I stayed with 3 children so had a big bed and a sofa bed which wasnt made up when we arrived. However, this was good as it gave us space in the room. When we went to the harvester across the car park, i asked for the bed to bw made which is was by the time we got back. Loved it! Breakfast was good too. Basic fry up and continental.

The only problem we had was walls were really thin so could hear people in room next door. Also could smell weed through night..maybe need to look at who is going in rooms next to a family room..

The staff was exceptionally accommodating in providing local dining options and desk service. We arrived a bit early and they were able to get us into a room just the same. Parking can be challenging. It's a no-smoking facility but smokers congregate right outside the front door so the stink can go well into the lobby. We were visiting from the US and this situation wasn't very differrent from other places in our visit but it was a bit different for us.

Would have been perfect stay but let down slightly by staff ignoring a dog (looked like pitbull breed) that was walking in reception unleashed with owner and then sat on the communal chair beside the owner. Not everyone likes to share their space with a pitbull dog so at least insist these dogs are kept on a leash even for pet friendly hotels.
