We really liked this hotel! It was very clean, staff were helpful and the waterpark was great. My only annoyance was they don't tell you that you're charged $16 for parking until you check out. Other than that, our stay was great. Highly recommend.

It is not worth the money; my room was dirty. I took a video of the dirt and the front desk apologized. Ultimately, I think everything is way overpriced or not worth it. Even the drink scanner thing is just ridiculous. In addition, the beds were not comfortable. I will never go back

Indoor theme park has lots of fun activities, great for families! Rooms can use some upgrade, for example the bathroom doors were sticky and hard to open/close.

Small family suite
The family bunk bed suite is a lot smaller then the pics shown . I was shocked on the small area. We had to ask for sheets and pillows for the pull out couch and bunks. We had to put on the sheets ourselves. There is no comforter on any of the beds; just army like thin blankets. I was surprised again for how much you pay for the rooms. We did get coupons for ice cream and the kids trick or treat candy from the manager due to wrong information that was told to us. That was very nice. We went mea tue-wed and the pool was packed! You wait in long lines for slides and the surfing. I’m not sure if we would go again for the price and crowdedness.

Our son had a great time in the pool and with all the activities. Although for the price of $500 a night I would have expected more. The comforter on our bed was like a piece of cardboard and the room was pretty banged up. Would also expect parking to be included in that price. Again we had a great time with our kids but it is a little over priced

The best thing about this hotel is probably the rooms but everything else has gone downhill these past couple of years. They waited until the day of to send a message that there was a $15 per day parking fee and then for 2 rooms there was a fee of $200 which was not disclosed before hand.And when we emailed them about it they said it was because "other hotels charge too", but you'd think that'd be more insentive to not charge so more people stay.And then there is the fact that the water park closed at 8 for some reason? It is pretty ridiculous saying that there was so many other things open later so the fact that it closed at 8 was pretty stupid. My family and I used to LOVE staying here but now we probably won't be staying here unless things change.
