Horrendous stay! Dirty, smelly and noisy! Be prepared to be woken at 1am when a bus load of tourists pull in from the international airport, screaming as they unload their luggage. This was followed by further screaming when they were looking for their room. Hotel staff need to be present to guide these arrivals to ensure courtesy to other guests. This was after having to request a different room because the first one smelt like sewer. Over priced for the equivalent of 2 hours sleep. Take your money and stay at one the many other hotels local to the airport. I would’ve had a better experience sleeping in my car!

All good except under staffed on the desk, trying to do 4 jobs at once. Parking is 35 dollars or 12 for shuttle so took rental car back a day early. Tight Yorkshire man.

The staff were lovely and the property was easily accessible and close to the airport. However, we felt cleanliness was lacking all around- the hallways looked dirty, the restaurant high chairs had not been cleaned and the room was also quite dirty

I could not wait to leave

My first impression stepping out of the lift to our floor was housing commission tower block meets the Shining. The room was fine, small but a good lay out. Beds clean and comfortable, bath towels very fluffy. But I didn’t want my feet or clothes to touch the floor, or use in room cups etc. It wasn’t dirty exactly, the place had an ick vibe from lack of maintenance and attention to detail. Our window didn’t seal properly or had no sound proofing. So constant noise from out side. I had a terrible sleep. Made the next day harder, Which cancels out the whole reason for staying at the airport to wake up rested for onward travel. Staff were nice. The hallways floors in desperate need of steam clean. The down stairs kitchen and bar were lively.
