The stay overall was fine. It was within walking distance to US Bank Stadium, which was my main goal. The only issue I had is that upon check-in, I was given keys to a room with someone already in it. We had the same last name, so it's understandable why there would have been a mix-up. When I went back to the front desk, they said my online check-in was not complete because I did not tell them which credit card to use for incidentals, but when I did the check-in I indicated to use the same card as the booking. Not sure if it didn't go through or what. In any case, everything got sorted and we had a good rest of the stay.

We showed up at 4pm, I had prepaid the room on Expedia, and they said they were overbooked. Said they had a reservation for us at another Hyatt, complimentary. But that other Hyatt was significantly further from the football stadium, where we were going to a game. We showed up at the other Hyatt and were charged more than what we had paid to Expedia. I haven't gotten a refund yet. The hotel's phone doesn't work! Expedia has been working hard to get me a refund. Even Expedia's phone call to the hotel wouldn't go through!

My husband and I travelled here from out of state for a concert. Not ever exploring Minnesota before, we were worried about our stay in the downtown area. Parking was a little confusing, but we received an email letting us know where to park and this was so helpful. When we checked in there was a little mishap, but we got an upgrade to a different room and appreciated this. The room was spacious, very clean. For being downtown, it was very quiet. I enjoyed the bathroom tub and shower, it felt like a spa getaway. We appreciated the walking distance to the options of dining. Staff was helpful, friendly, courteous and kind so this was welcoming. We'd love to come back again and stay here if we ever do travel here. Such a lovely hotel.
