Location is great being only 2 minute walk to Southbank however Bathroom floor and shower tiles were so old and built up with grout mold, broken hair dryer, bathroom door didn’t close properly, no fan in the bathroom, no room service after 9pm but didn’t state it anyway, rooms were not sound proof. Very over priced for what you get. I requested 2 rooms on same level and upon check in, they were on different levels. Won’t be staying there again.

Great position- but noisy due to adj demolition
Great position, easy walking to city! Only issue was demolition site right opposite our room 605 jackhammering all day! If you plan to have a siesta so you can enjoy a late night- make sure your room faces away from the Yarra!

Excellent location. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. Short walk to Rod Laver arena. Friendly staff. Easy check in. The bathroom was rather unclean though. Visible dust and hair on the floor.

The hotel is well positioned and easy to get in and out. A few issues with the room. One of the down lights flickered. Toilet seat was very loose. Water pressure in the shower was very low.
