The Staff were amazing, Harriet was quite professional and pleasant as with Jackline. The housekeeping and ground support Team were quite hospitable. The room was quite neat with all key amenities. The hotel is quite old and needs updating but the staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Being Mombasa, there is a problem with flies and mosquitoes but this is expected in the climate. The room AC is excellent to counteract this. The staff make up for any issues you have with the property as they will do everything they can to accommodate you.

Hotel is located a few metres from a number of malls. However, parking space inside the hotel premises is limited to 4 vehicles only. Also, the chef needs to get off his phone and step up as his dishes were mediocre.

I booked accommodation with PrideInn Hotel Nyali, paid Ksh30,264 for a junior suite for two nights. When i arrived at the hotel, they told me they were fully booked and didn't have any rooms. They then transferred me to a different hotel across the city in some smelly neighbourhood. They booked me in a standard room. The room was dirty, bedsheets had blood stains. After checking out I realised that the hotel they transferred me to was only costing them Ksh11,000 for the two nights. Meaning they had stolen Ksh19,264 from me.

It is well located in the Nyali area, near the malls and the main Mombasa Malindi Road. However, it is difficult to justify '5 mins to the beach' as there is no access
