Too much crowd noise reception areas too small as the hotel fix their front entrance not much appreciated. The shuttle was very dirty and old too much noise hot air just bumping not much airflow or air-condition.

A wonderful experience marred only by the renovations being carried out in the lobby area but the staff were all so nice and accommodating that one did not even notice the inconvenience. Our only (small) complaint was that the breakfast staff were a little less than friendly and the buffet selection was a little less than we have come to expect from Four Points.

I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Security were excellent especially Juma and proboti they were all good. Staff purani dehli great service. Mr Azhar cannot thank him enough along side hamza and basit. Even with the maintenance going on operation were excellant. From check in to check out was seamless. Mr Abdallah always there to help with a great smilr. Four points delivered and i can say its the staf that make this hotel exceptional. Can you please thank Juma. Mr Azhar he was such a lovelly person with customer service that i havent seen before. and hamza who works with Azhar was brilliant took us where i wanted to go waited for me aswell. There were many othere but the names i mentioned made me and my wife feel most welcomr. Thankyou Mr Azhar, Hamza, abdallah, and juma. I will come to dubai again and it is these prople i will boom your hotel again. Please pass on my thanks to all of thrm.

The construction happening made it hard for Uber driver to stop properly. But enjoyed our stay staff was nice, house keeping was top notch. Totally recommend the hotel besides the room service the wings were not good yet pricey: but I would stay here again for convenience and ease to get around in Dubai. Everything was like a 5-15 min drive
