Beautiful rooms and awesome heated pool which you can look out on the street from. Highly recommend getting the breakfast add on, it’s served in the restaurant off the menu and is amazing value!

I like the Olson as the room we get is big to accommodate four of us and we love south Yarra. However, there are issues that don’t get addressed. The shower has very low water pressure and the hot water runs out quickly. Also, the air conditioner is very noisy and you have to turn off at night which means the nights get very cold in Melbourne winter. Otherwise, the stuff are lovely.

I liked the room, the bed was comfortable and warm. Breakfast was delicious and the sevice was very good. I didnt like that when i arrived you no space in your car park so i had to park my my car at another car park close buy.

The hotel is lovely with a small gym. The major problem is the parking. The hotel seems to provide more access than spaces. this meant that on a few occasions and both nights there was no parking. We were able to find street parking during the day, but at night there is a problem. In the end the person on duty stack parked the car and we had to leave our key with them.

I like the Olson and stay every time I visit Melbourne. It is clean and staff are nice. I love the location which is a huge positive. All the rooms have a kitchenette as well. The hotel is looking tired. That’s not a big issue for me. However this is the second time that the room has been noisy and I haven’t been able to sleep. I am not sure whether it is current in some kind of air shaft or air conditioner, but there’s a constant noise.

Was really excited to stay at The Olsen but our room was near a lift so it was very noisy. We could hear every time the lift would move and strange noises through our walls. I would recommend asking for a room that is not next to the lift well.
