Easy sign in, Staff pleasant and efficient. The deal included breakfast and was well worth it as walk-in clients seemed to be paying more! Room very clean, bed very comfortable. Lift access convenient.

The location is great, the room is clean and the staff are friendly. However there are no basic amenities in the room, and they don't have a room service as I was asked to go collect what I ordered from the reception

Trés agreable
A good hotel in convenient tarea. Due to covid not much service😔No milk and had to request tea/coffee for room. Vichy itself was beautiful with much lovely architecture and UNESCO thermal waters.

Not an expensive hotel (75/night) so of course expectations are limited but my room was very small, the TV too, i had to move my bed to watch TV. Very small bathroom with almost no place to take a shower. No glass in bathroom, no soap or shampoo (instead a large bottle of multi use soap pretty watery). Terrible breakfast (10 euros), fake OJ, bad coffee machine, danish good and few salty things.Well located in downtown Vichy. Overall, i wont stay there in the future.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and the breakfast never changed. Could have used a variety. Last three days there one elevator was down and one coffee machine in the restaurant. Made for long lines for coffee for breakfast

Delicious French food and spa centres nearby
Room is big, mattress comfortable. The room has an open view. Quick walk to thermes Dome and Halls des Sources. Celestine Vichy Spa is also within easy reach. Restaurant serves Local French food. Hotel resident can have discount over lunch, and entry ticket to sports and aquagym at Thermes Dome. Restaurant better make reservation.

We were using the hotel as a one night stopover but unfortunately the restaurant was closed (until April 2018) for re-furbishment, however the Mercure is opposite and their restaurant was open. The room was slightly bigger than an average Ibis, clean and perfectly acceptable. Underground private parking is always good and €9 seems a fair price. Location is good, easy to find and only a short walk to the city centre. Would use again for a stopover once the restaurant is open.

This is a nice hotel in a beautiful City. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The service was spotty, some folks were very gracious and helpful, others a bit less so although the language barrier likely may account for the differences. The clientele is primarily older so be prepared to be patient. The location is deceivingly central to all the different parts of this grand City.
