I didn’t stay at the hotel because my late night flight to Monterrey was cancelled and no other flights going out. I kept trying to call the hotel directly but the number listed in website just rang and rang and then wld disconnect! I called Expedia who made the reservation and after many attempts to contact them they refused to cancel and charged me one nights stay!!!! I’ve stayed there before and like it but this decision will make me rethink and consider a different hotel
