Good location just out of the city, clean, fairly basic rooms but looks to be recently refurbished. Our room looked directly onto the pool which was nice. Good stay for the money.

Great overnighter near hospitals
Comfortable for overnighter. Location great for hospitals in area, can leave car there on check out day while you attend, STVH only a 10 minute walk. Staff friendly and clean.

Seems a very popular place to stay for families with young children- our room was ground floor nicely renovated but very small. We heard what sounded like baby elephants above us as soon as it was daybreak. Also the pool is in the middle with rooms built very closely around and it was used all day and night. Person on reception with large glasses failed to smile and seemed quite uncomfortable doing his job. Had to wait in line to check in as only one person on reception.

One particular receptionist was just terribly rude. A younger man with glasses has little to no social skills and shouldn’t work with people if he’s going to give them attitude for simply checking in or out. We couldn’t connect the tvs to internet to use any of its services and the radio stations didn’t work so if you want to listen to music, bring a speaker. The rooms were nice and tidy and the beds were good but the staff member needs to take the stick out of his ass.

It was ok, just average. The staff at the front counter were not rude but they were not that welcoming or helpful, seemed as though I was an inconvenience. The property is noisey, the room was just average. The bed was hard as a rock. I have been in caravans which have bigger bathrooms. The location is great.
