Checking in was fast and efficient. Attractive, modern lobby area. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was not extravagant, but was fine, with options including make-your-own pancakes. We enjoyed our stay.

Most of parking was in back where I had to park then walk to front check in then go to back to get bags, very in convenient. For continental breakfast it was good. Breakfast staff were friendly. Rooms were dated but clean. The box spring mattress was sitting on a piece of plywood that I kept hitting my leg on. Although we didnt use the fridge the freezer portion was totally frosted up by ice. The bottles of shampoo, soap in shower were much nicer than the usual tiny bars and bottles.

Clean room, bathroom. Comfortable bed. On booking the room chosen clearly said Poolside. The room we were given was not poolside - just need to remove that from the room description otherwise everything was as described.

Staff were wonderful checking in. Checking out the person didn’t speak English, but that was ok he was nice. The room was spotless, best sleep ever, most comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was awesome. Location was great, easy to get off and onto the highway. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We complained about the noise as there was a party happening above us. Guests were rowdy, smoking, throwing items out window above us, jumping and yelling. This continued late into the night with no repercussions. We paid $360 and got no rest nor sleep. We spoke to two guest service employees and managers and were basically told tough luck. We have stayed here several times but we will not be back. Customer service needs serious overhaul.

J’ai eu à faire un pré checkin et ils m’ont facturé une deuxième fois ma chambre alors que j’avais déjà payé avec hôtel. Com. Le gars de la réception n’a pas été capable de corriger le montant, ça fait une semaine et je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé sur ma carte de crédit. J’ai réservé une chambre côté piscine et on m’a dit qu’on avait pas de disponibilités donc chambre côté rue.

Yesterday our family and my friends family stayed and overnight every 10 mins we heard few people knocked off door and banged the wall heavily during midnight. Even though we called and complaint but no action taken from management. Kids were scared all night. Please take action on it and respond to this.
