It's located 120 kilometres to the southwest of Accra, the national capital of Ghana.

You don't have to venture too far afield to take in some impressive natural sights. Pack up the car and venture over to Kakum National Park, 30 kilometres away from Moree, for a relaxing day. Or perhaps Lagoon is more your style? You'll find it 18 kilometres away.

Remember to head to other nearby sights, such as Cape Coast Castle and the University of Cape Coast. These are situated 11 kilometres west in Cape Coast. Not ready to give back the hire car just yet? Fort Amsterdam and Mankessim Central Market are in Saltpond, 15 kilometres to the northeast of Moree.
