Sheets and towels were badly stained bed squeaked horribly. Toilet kept running so I removed the lid and adjusted the float. Pretty poorly kept property.

This is an older hotel however, the staff and housekeeping do their best to keep it clean and comfortable. I did have to ask for more than two pillows for a king room and only one washcloth was provided for two people. But when I asked, they went out of their way to obtain the requested items. Great staff very friendly but I do think you need to update the furnishings. But it was fine for one night.

We were on a 5 day adventure and this was stop number one. This was the one option on our route without having to drive to another town. The staff was pleasant. They even opened the pool for us even though it was getting to be the end of the season. The room clean but dated. The bedding wasn't the nicest but was fine enough. The towels on the other hand had long reached their life, thin in areas and stained in others. If you're in a pinch and need a place it will do but if you have the time to make a detour you're likely to find a better place with more value.

The bathroom floors need to be replaced, the towels were dirty or stained. The property next door was trashy. On a more positive note, the check in staff was very efficient and friendly, the forest ranger office is across the street, Baker Lake trails were convenient, and nearby breakfast places were fantastic!

A comfortable stay...
Three Rivers Inn is a bit economical, but if offers all the comforts of a good motel. The bed and bathroom were adequate and made for a pleasant stay.

The property needs some serious maintenance done. There was a hobo spider in the tub, sheets stained on the beds, stains all over the carpet, lights not working over the bathroom sinks and curtains half hanging. Very disappointing

DO NOT Stay at this Hotel!
My wife and I checked in, went to our room we found it to be dirty, worn out, giant holes in sheets, and we did not feel safe. Based on this we went to the front desk and told the attendant that we could not stay in a place like this and asked for a refund. We were told we needed to request the refund from Hotels.com. The attendant was understanding and sympathetic to our feelings.

This was my second stay at Three Rivers Inn. The rooms are clean and quiet. The curtain rod in my room was sagging and needs to be replaced. The rooms face a lovely courtyard that has an inviting pool and gazebo. The bed was super comfy.

Room especially bathroom really needed some TLC. Was there just before Covid and it seems to have gone downhill. Bed was very comfortable, Needed a new bottom sheet as ours had holes. Had to ask for extra towels washcloths and toiletries.

We loved: - The larger-than-average room - The quality solid-wood funiture (despite chips in the wood due to many years of use) - Friendly staff - The price: $85 We didn't love: - The old queen mattress, which sagged when were both in it, pushing us both into the middle of the bed. It was impossible for us to sleep on the sides of the bed due to this. - The toilet, which was almost impossible to flush. Had to push the handle really hard to get it to go, and hold it for about 10 seconds. - The smell (of smoke?) when you walked into the room. We did however air it out each time we arrived, and found it okay after that.
