Ok stay
Overall, the hotel is clean, modern, and offers spacious rooms with well-sized bathrooms. However, my experience with customer service significantly impacted my stay.
Upon arriving at the airport, I called to inquire about the complimentary shuttle service that had been confirmed via email. I was told it would arrive within minutes, but after waiting for 45 minutes, no shuttle showed up, and I had to resort to taking an Uber. When I finally arrived at the hotel, about 45 minutes before the restaurant was due to close, I went to the reception desk to check in. Unfortunately, the two attendants were engaged in conversation with each other and did not acknowledge my presence at all. Given the time, I chose to go directly to the restaurant to avoid missing a meal. The food was satisfactory, though somewhat overpriced for the quality.
After eating, I returned to check in and went to my room, only to discover that the TV was not working. While the staff did promptly address and fix this issue, it added to an overall sense of frustration during my stay.
In summary, the hotel has potential but needs to improve its customer service to match the quality of its facilities.
