Overall, the hotel is clean, modern, and offers spacious rooms with well-sized bathrooms. However, my experience with customer service significantly impacted my stay. Upon arriving at the airport, I called to inquire about the complimentary shuttle service that had been confirmed via email. I was told it would arrive within minutes, but after waiting for 45 minutes, no shuttle showed up, and I had to resort to taking an Uber. When I finally arrived at the hotel, about 45 minutes before the restaurant was due to close, I went to the reception desk to check in. Unfortunately, the two attendants were engaged in conversation with each other and did not acknowledge my presence at all. Given the time, I chose to go directly to the restaurant to avoid missing a meal. The food was satisfactory, though somewhat overpriced for the quality. After eating, I returned to check in and went to my room, only to discover that the TV was not working. While the staff did promptly address and fix this issue, it added to an overall sense of frustration during my stay. In summary, the hotel has potential but needs to improve its customer service to match the quality of its facilities.

Highly recommended!! An exhausted traveler needing to recover sleep near the airport... and yet, this little hotel worked its charm on me! Room & shower super cute, plenty of room, plenty of light, an alluring little restaurant and bar, and let's not forget the swings in the lobby!! I walked next door (50 yards) to the excellent swimming pool passing by a quaint chapel from the 1800's. I wished I had my kids with me to let them splash with the other kids from the hotel while I was doing laps! So, I chose this place at random, but now I won't book anything else around here.

Only arrived at 23h00 and left at 08h45 so not there long enough to form a real opinion. The instructions for the courtesy shuttle could be clearer, is the pickup from the Roissybus stop or the Hotel Navette stop? I was at the latter and have a feeling that if I hadn't walked back to the former I would have missed it. Knowing that it leaves the hotel at 15m and 45m would be useful too.

I would recommend the Jangle Hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast menu is very good and it’s FREE! The free shuttle is good but it only takes you to T2 when most departures are from T1, so be aware as CDG airport is a bit of a nightmare. Overall recommend.

Hotel overall is clean but not too close to airport and the Shuttle service is terrible. We were waiting and standing exactly where hotel instructed us but the driver picked up some guests a bit a head of us and when he saw us he was so mad that he had to stop and pick up again. He was an Indian guy that was so rude. And for taking you back to airport you should book in advance. You better off stay somewhere else or just a get a taxi or Uber to the hotel.

Room was pleasant and clean. Dinner options from menu and breakfast buffet were very good. Shuttle service was busy (had to wait additional 30 mins on transport to hotel property but drivers were courteous and safe. Nice facility. Would return and recommend.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The stay included breakfast and that was good. The hotel is cute and clean. The shuttle van looked new. Cons: We had a room all the way at the end of the hall and it was still quite noisy. My husband asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any because the hotel was full. We scheduled a shuttle ride to the airport at 8:15 am, when we checked into the hotel. We showed up for our ride and were told we didn't have a reservation, there was no room in the shuttle and they wouldn't be back until 8:45. My husband asked to speak with the manager and was told they don't have a manager on the weekend. What?! So my husband made a big fuss and told them they needed to call us a cab and pay for it, which they did. But if you're not comfort making big fusses, you may be late for your flight.
