Within urban bushlands, this gorgeous brick home is a stone’s throw from Mudgee Golf Course and a five-minute drive to town. 8th Tee offers city fringe seclusion in a country-style ambience that’s been lovingly restored while retaining elements of that ‘70s charm.

If you’re not on wine tours or at the putting green, fire up the BBQ in the grassy yard, gather in the cosy living area, rest easy in one of four generous bedrooms with heated blankets, or cook at home in the fully equipped kitchen.
With exposed timber ceilings and thoughtful mid-century touches throughout, 8th Tee combines classic period detailing with all the modern comforts needed for a memorable stay.

Enter through the classic vintage garden arch positioned in the grassy front yard and breathe in the fresh air. Spend mornings sipping coffee on the wooden bench before whipping up breakfast in the well-catered, 70s original kitchen with modern inclusions. It comes with a full-sized fridge, retro oven and stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. A central kitchen island and extendable table in the formal dining room make meals at home a breeze. When you’re not getting work done in the dedicated workspace off the kitchen, kick back and relax in front of the TV on two plush sofas or have a family sing-a-long around the piano. A lush backyard offers plenty of outdoor space. Dine al fresco at the picnic table and chuck some snags on the BBQ for a true Aussie feast.

Four contemporary bedrooms with leafy window views are fitted with hotel-quality linens and electric heated blankets offering plenty of warmth in the cooler months. Three bedrooms are replete with a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has a king single bed, and an additional trundle bed if needed, sleeping eight.

The marble-tiled bathroom is replete with a shower, toilet and vanity, while a second half bathroom adds to your holiday convenience. Guests will also benefit from an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer as well as a lock-up garage with parking for one small vehicle or motor bikes and bicycles. Amenities mentioned air conditioning. There was only air conditioning in 2 of the 7 rooms. The stove top spill trays were absolutely filthy. The kitchen cupboards had no reasonable lining on the shelves. The cupboards needed renovation or replaced. There are no bbq tools at all. Apart from that the rest of the house was acceptable.

Great family accommodation
This property is great for families with young children. Plenty of rooms, a big back yard for quiet play and the rocket park down the street for when they need to be noisy. Short drive in to town, not far from an IGA if you don't want to go to Coles/Woolies. It was perfect for us.
