This house, situated on Lake Mulwala is an absolute water front holiday home with two private jetties and a private boat ramp.

The property has an abundance of room to park cars boats and jet skis, play cricket or footy or just lounge around by the waters edge.
There is also a 3 seater kayak with two oars you are welcome to use and kids absolutely love.

The property has a serene outdoor living and entertainment space with a massive BBQ an outdoor fridge and 2 separate outdoor settings overlooking Lake Mulwala.

Massive open plan living downstairs, 75 inch smart TV with premium Netflix account, an expansive verandah upstairs, its very hard to be bored.

Great location, private boat ramp is easily accessible. Anchor poits on dock. House warms up fast with heater on. Very quiet area. Long private driveway with plenty of parking. Numerous Bins for unplanned recycling ir a lot of cans. Owner is very responsive to messages regarding the property and will even give some local fishing knowledge. 10/10 wpuld book here again.

We loved the location of this property. We just backed the boat in and enjoyed the weekend fishing. Plenty of seating in the lounge with a huge tv. Giant dinning table for our bbq dinners. Fabulous garden area for activities and relaxing with water views. We would love to book this place again.

The location was great and at the same time being pet friendly made it a rare find. Views of the lake and being able to fish from backyard was awesome. Down side were the online photos were from a few years ago and the property is overdue for some updates.

We come to Mulwala every year for a family getaway We love to book and stay at a holiday house on the water. This place is clean,comfortable & the host is most welcoming and easy to communicate with But unfortunately we probably won’t stay here again. We just felt a little on top of each other. Beds and rooms are all very close to each other, even though the beds were clean and comfortable they were very loose so they would squeak every time you moved. The floor boards creek to hear everyone’s movements. We had issues with the fuses blowing every time we tried to dry our hair. The spa bath didn’t work The toilet upstairs was leaking And we had no gas in the BBQ gas bottle. Very old run down place but would be amazing brought back to it’s beautiful self These are minor issues but considering we pay a good amount to stay I would probably expect it to be a little better Even though we had a good time away. I would probably recommend for Bucks party’s or a small family or friends gathering If you only want to stay for the weekend I’d say it a 2 1/2 - 3 star holiday house

Older house in prime position with plenty of room for everyone. Could not get a better location to stay and enjoy the lake. We enjoyed the ease of boat ramp and jetty. We had a wonderful time - the property is in a great location. Sean was an excellent host, very easy to chat to if we needed anything and very generous and accommodating around floods at the time! The property and access to the lake is wonderful. We had anticipated putting kids in the loft area, however it comes off the top of the stairs that lead to the lounge room, so we had to relocate them into bedrooms so that we didn't wake them up - just to keep in mind for planning. Some of the cabinet knobs and door knobs could do with a spruce up, but it's still a great space to relax with friends and family.

Nice spacious home to relax in a beautiful location
The holiday home is located in a beautiful place with calm and relaxing view of the lake with an occasional boat, just enough to break the monotony. The sun rise across the lake was quite a stunning spectacle with reflection over the calm water. Special thanks to Sean who lives close by and ready to help you if needed. We took Sean's expert tips about places to visit such as the Distillery and the Chocolate factory in Corowa which turned out to be a very nice experience. Plenty of good cellar doors too for the wine enthusiasts. Wish we had more time to enjoy the area but we only had two nights. We will certainly return when we do our next road trip from Sydney towards locations in Victoria or SA

There are no sheets, pillow cases, doona covers supplied. We had to buy some when we got there. You could bring sleeping bags and your own pillows if aware of this. No wood supplied even though this was discussed prior. Again I would have brought some if needed. Poor communication from owner
