No my first time at Trident or at Trident Nariman Point. But the experience this time around was not at all pleasant. TV and did not work for both the days I was there but the kept trying to fix it instead of changing my room. Shower was not working properly but the management did not do anything about it.

We came here to celebrate our daughter’s 5th birthday and the hotel and stuff did not let us down. Exceeded our expectations and made us leave the hotel with a smile.
