GREAT LOCATION. Lots of restaurants, shopping and supermarkets close by plus a great beer hall Hofbräuhaus München is a 5 min walk. The staff was fabulous and everyone was so welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located to the Marienplatz area of old town. It was clean and the service was good. The only downside was being so close to Hoffbrau House we could hear people in the streets until midnight some nights. The breakfast was very good, but pricey.

We loved that this hotel was in the heart of the Old Town which made walking around to different sights within the Marienplatz quite easy. Everyone was so nice at the Platzl and the food was great! We will definitely be back!

Perfect for an adventure

Wonderful friendly staff right in the heart of Munich. It was wonderful to be able to be in Marienplatz with a short walk to explore and grab a train to anywhere in Bavaria very easily. The hotel staff was very friendly and all had wonderful English, which I was not expecting, but appreciated. For a city hotel I thought the room was plenty spacious with a small sitting area and king size bed.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Germany. The location is great — close to the city center and easy to get around. However, the hotel itself feels outdated, and the interior could really use some renovation. It was also very noisy at night, even though our room was on the third floor. Overall, a very average experience.

Location and Comfort

This was a very nice hotel located very ner the Marienplatz and the underground train. Close to shopping and lots of food. Hotelis 1 block from the famous Hofbrauhaus. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was large.
