My AC was not working in our room for one whole day. They offered a fan. The next day we were moved to another room only after I insisted!! Coming for a family that owns a hotel. This is unacceptable. I want a full refund.

. I speciicall rented this hotel because it said they had help with tours and tickets. The two people I interacted with had no idea about anything. They said the shuttle showed up whenever. Not true. He came every hour they were open. The front desk were very unhelpful. The woman running the breakfast knew more than they did. I still gave excellent Mu sister and I had a great time.
