Lovely little mom and pop hotel. Staff was very pleasant and the included breakfast was wonderful. Only negative comment is that there is no elevator. However, the hotel is only two floors and the stairs are wide. Staff offered to help with suitcases.

Staff in bar where overall very good,but 2 older members bit sharp with us over not booking,twice tried to charge us for a bottle of wine which was paid for at the bar,even asking were we sure,hubby not impressed,breakfast good choice although we didnt have hot food

Hotel was nice. Needed some updating and our window looked out onto a center area with a ladder and lots of noise of other rooms came in. The room was super hot so could not shut the window to shut out the noise.

Pleasant and Friendly Hotel
My wife and I spent 3 nights in the Ardboyne Hotel during our first visit to this area and were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel and our stay. The room was really comfortable and warm, despite being a room set for 5 when we required just a double room. We found all staff that we encountered to be polite, friendly and very hospitable and were a credit to the Hotel management. Having intended to eat in the restaurant on our first night only, we enjoyed the dinner so much that we ate there on each of our three nights. The food was very good with a good selection of options. We loved the bar area and the comfortable seating in the lobby and corridor adjacent to the bar. At the rear of the hotel is a very pleasant and well maintained garden with additional seating for those warm and dry days. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Navan and its surrounding area and we look forward to another visit in the near future!

The passion fruit margarita was so good! Not sure about any other drinks as that was second in so I stopped reading. Great hotel. Bathroom floor material seemed a little slippery. Sunday carvery was very good staff so accommodating, especially Rossein and the blond girl also working. Breakfast was good too. My husband loved the in room espresso machine. The bed very comfy. Room a little stuffy but when we asked about a fan on checkout we were assured we could have asked for one. Bartenders were so efficient I barely saw them. Atm at location would be nice. It was my first night in the country and unable to leave tips as I like to do that in cash. I appreciate their kindness

We had a very pleasent 4 night stay at the Ardboyne. The rook was comfortable, the staff were good, the breakfast was excellant and the location of the hotel; as a base for touring the Boyne Valley, was very good. Only downside was that the hotel decor felt dated and needed modernisation.

Room looked nice but some of the wood was watered damaged in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was noisy because of other clients in the hotel.
