The Carrington complex is located right in the heart of Nelson Bay CBD and only a couple of minutes walk to D'Albora Marina where you will find an array of boutique shops, restaurants, cafes and bars.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and has ducted air conditioning throughout, the huge open plan living/ dining area is perfect so everyone has enough space, this area opens out onto the covered balcony with alfresco dining facilities with filtered water glimpses. Experience all the benefits of the modern fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher and family size fridge/ freezer.

There are three large bedrooms all with ducted air conditioning and the main bedroom also having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access to the balcony. The main bathroom has a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity and the unit also provides an internal laundry with a washer/ dryer.

The complex provides a security system and lift from the undercover security parking for two vehicles to the apartment door.

Great Spot, Plenty of Room, Tad noisy, 1 Key.
There is no doubt its in a great location. The apartment is large and well appointed, nice balcony and easy parking. Only 1 Key is a bit of a downer. Can be quite noisy in the master room from the road and thoughtful neighbor upstairs.

Spot on location
Easy walk to everything, so it was great to park the car on arrival And not have to take it out again! Place was comfortable for two couples having our own bathrooms. Beds great. Only one key access. Only dampener was lack of instructions on keys and Initially getting into the property.
