This unit is perfect for your next holiday getaway in the Bay. Seashells is only a few minutes walk into the Nelson Bay CBD where you can enjoy lunch at one of the many cafes, grab some groceries to enjoy at home or browse around the many boutiques and shops that Nelson Bay has to offer.

This three bedroom apartment has loads of features including air conditioning, ensuite, balcony, modern furnishings, washing machine and dryer. Seashells also provides a lift, inground pool, BBQ area and secure undercover parking.

There is one allocated parking spot in the undercover carpark, unless you have a small car, you will find it quite narrow, however there are another 3 guest spaces under cover and plenty of street parking directly outside the apartment.

We have stayed in this block of apartments for 10+ years for the SPS regatta. It’s a great location short walk to the Marina. The apartment is first class, clean comfortable and all amenities.
