The unit is modern and stylishly decorated with comfortable furnishings. The open plan living area opens out onto the balcony so you can capture the magical water views, hear the waves hitting into the sand and breath in the fresh aroma of the sea. Fantastic grass area directly out the front so the kids can play and kick a ball around or have a game of cricket.
The unit provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/freezer and Nespresso Coffee Machine. The bathroom has a shower. The internal laundry has been fitted out with a top loading washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Two bedrooms can sleep five guests with a Queen Bed in bedroom one and a Double Bed and a Single Bed in bedroom two, bedroom two also has access to the balcony. The complex provides undercover parking for two cars.
A quick 40 metre walk across the grass and you are on the white crystal sand of Shoal Bay beach, Little Beach is also only 500 metres away so you have the bonus of having the waves or the family friendly, calm water for swimming at Little Beach along with picnic tables, BBQ's, children play area and boat ramp. With the main street of Shoal Bay being only one kilometre walk up the beach you have the variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants to choose from.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
