We loved how close to Bourbon Street and Canal street we were but was very quiet in our room. The whole hotel including the carpets were very clean. Everyone there was amazing to talk to and very welcoming. Also the fact that while in our room we felt like we had our own apartment with the little living room separate from the bedroom. We would definitely stay again.

The staff and cleanliness along with their attentiveness A1!! The only reason I gave the overall review of 4 stars is the bed was not as comfortable as expected. There seemed to be a dip in the middle of the bed, and every toss and turn was met with a noise. We didn’t complain because the hotel seemed pretty pack.

The elevators were really slow at times. It seemed as though only one was working and you could be waiting for a while. Besides that the room was great as well as the service.
