Property location is one block from Bourbon Street. Felt safe, even walking at night as there are alot of polic patrolling. Our room wasnthe "accessibility" room. One window looks onto the roof. New carpet and clean. Hallway carpets are old, dirty and need replacing. Room cleaning service was good. This room is also beside thr custodial cleaning ahoot.

The place is in a good location for what we were doing But we did not get to our room till after 5:30 check in was at 4 and they had no explanation not even an apology about it we drove 10 hours and we needed rest and a shower and we waited over an hour and 1/2 for our room they said the pool was heated not it was freezing. Our shower was ice cold and there is only 1/2 door the fridge was not even on in the room I had to fix it from behind it and we found a unopened comdon in the drawer so they do not clean every part of the room and parking is 46.00 a day on top of the price of the room

The rooms were very nice and very clean. The beds were pretty small double beds just don’t cut it nowadays for us old people and the glass doors that are in the bathroom are totally obnoxious. I don’t know who thought of glass doors for a bathroom, but they need their head examined, every time somebody had to go to the bathroom, a light had to be flipped on and the rest of the room had to be woken up from bright lights maybe putting nightlight in all the bathrooms would be much better. The service at the desk was awesome. The girls were great and checking us in and helping us out with issues , and having a concerierre there too was awesome!! we were able to do a couple of excursions

Nice size pool and the turtle pond was a unique touch .Was supposed to have a King size bed but wound up with something smaller. Liked the balcony but the view wasn’t very impressive

The Hotel Staff were excellent. The only problem with the room, was the shower. The shower design allowed water to collect on the bathroom floor and was starting to cause damage to the inside of the bathroom door.
