This is an excellent property when staying in New Orleans. It's centrally located in the CBD. Quieter than the French Quarter which was desirable for us. Beautiful hotel lobby. Great service. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel overall is OK… There was an accounting snafu, and no one seemed to be able to help or assist… lacking professionalism on the front end… The rooms were clean and nice, and that is why I didn’t give it a one star. I wouldn’t stay here again, as there are plenty of other hotels in the area.

Incredible place, great deal! Rooftop infinity pool and bar was nice and quiet on a Thursday night. Wish we could have stayed and booked the whole weekend but Expedia was a nightmarish den of thieves....
