New Years/ Sugar Bowl trip
Fantastic set up for our group! The house is in the perfect spot, on the edge of all the action. You can walk to pretty much anything you want to do. The large gathering area of the house was great for our group.. dining area, tv seating area, and bar area-we could all be together but not feel smooshed. The bathroom situation( 3 full & 1 half) was also very good.. never a line at the bathrooms! The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, little shampoos, soaps and conditioners. The kitchen was well stocked, too, although we did not cook. It has both a Keurig & a drip maker, and we gave both a work out! Bedrooms were well appointed with twin & double beds.. again perfect for a group of not necessarily couples. The parking situation was very secure.. a locked gate entrance. Sadly we ended up spending quite a bit of time in the house, as the terror attack on Burbon Street happened within 12 hours of our arrival. Jan 1 was spent laying low in the house watching football between sporadic news updates. We had room to spread out, or gather in front of tv… it was the best you could hope for in that situation. And lastly, the host is the best I’ve encountered on VRBO. in addition to quick replies with requested info, he allowed us to stay an extra night for free, when the Sugar Bowl was postponed due to the terror attack. Highly recommend even without the free night! Would definitely return and stay at this house!!

New Orleans Trip
The property is on a noisy road, Rampart BUT is right beside Louis Armstrong park and close to Bourbon Street. We were on the lower level. While we didn’t necessarily like the twin bed setup it was a large place and we had lots of room and it was nice. Plenty of bathrooms. The host greeted us and was super nice. However a group checked in on the second night and they were totally loud and obnoxious. Kept several of us up at night. Sounded like they were throwing furniture around. We would stay again but would get the upper level possibly. Or hope for better neighbors!!

Another great stay!
This was our 2nd time to rent this condo. We had an absolute blast! 4 blocks from Royal St. Great shopping, great food, great location. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mike for being a fabulous host!

Walkable, good space, kind host
There were 9 girls in town for Taylor Swift. This worked perfectly. It was extremely walkable and Mike is so nice. And for 9 girls sharing a house, we didn’t fight over bathrooms once. Only concern was the front bedroom is very loud due to all the street noise and much warmer than the others. But truly a minor inconvenience. The smoke alarm started a low battery beep and Mike was there so quick to fix it. We had a magical time a Mike was just the start of it.

Good value choice for group of guys
Lots of room, plenty of bathrooms, clean, convenient location. Very good communication. Having apartment upstairs meaning you have to think about making noise, which doesn’t really fit the vibe. Manual parking gate with padlock is a pain… but gated parking nice to have. Street noise penetrates bedrooms as if you were on the sidewalk…. But it’s New Orleans, deal.

70th BDay Celebration
Great place to stay if you want to be in the French quarter and close to Bourbon Street. Very clean property lots of room to spread out. Everything we needed was there, and both Patrick and Mike were darlings. Very attentive very easy to get a hold of and just a joy. This condo is on a busy street so if you are overly sensitive to Street noise, avoid the front bedroom that is closest to Rampart Street, as some of the late night traffic and passers by may keep you up...otherwise, a perfect property.

Bachlorett Party Pad
Great location! Close to Bourbon but far enough away to stay out of the congestion. Gated parking was awesome! We loved the bar in the living room. Great for pregaming and getting pumped up for the night out! We had a big group of ladies so having plenty of bathroom and a wall of mirrors was great for getting ready!

Bachelorette Weekend
We stayed at this property for three nights for a bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect! There were 10 of us, we each had our own bed. Having 4 bathrooms and 3 showers was amazing! Plenty of space in the common area to socialize and play games, great location for going out and doing things. And the air conditioning was amazing when it was 100+ degrees outside! The host was quick to respond and very accommodating to any requests we had. Highly recommend staying here!

Great bachelor party spot!
Place was perfect for our bachelor party and the check in and entry process could not have been easier. The place is easily walkable to bourbon street and frenchmen street and is very close to Lafite's Blacksmith Shop.

Great house in great location for large groups
We stayed here with a group of 7 and it was free eat for what we needed. Plenty of room to sleep, it was clean, and the location was great being just a few blocks from Bourbon and the rest of what the French Quarter has to offer.

New Orleans Bachelorette Party
We recently visited New Orleans Feb 1 - 4 and really enjoyed our stay at the Party Pad! There were 12 of us girls and the amount of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms was perfect. Check-in was easy, host was communicative and even gave us Mardi Gras parade info. We definitely made use of the bar and open living area. This location is truly ideal and very walkable. We only took 2 ubers the entire time we were there! We even walked to neighborhoods outside of the French Quarter so as long as you're up for a 1-2 mile stroll, Bourban St isn't the only attraction in this area. Thanks for an awesome stay, we definitely recommend to other big groups!

Bachelorette Party Visit
Perfect house for a large group of friends due to the number of beds & bathrooms. No frills house only the essentials. Property manager was incredibly communicative & accommodating, he was a pleasure to work with. Great walking distance location to French Quarter.
