Family accommodation in New Town

Wonderful accomodating staff who helped when our flights where cancelled due to the cyclone in Brisbane, fantastic staff in the boardwalk restaurant and the cafe, the wonderful housekeeping staff who also went above and beyond, thank you all so much for making our stay so enjoyable

We enjoyed our week at the RACV and would choose it again for any return visit.

Location was great and the room was a good size and had a nespresso machine. Only suggestion would be to provide a mixture of pillows as all we a bit hard.

A fantastic place to stay, with excellent service and a delicious breakfast included. It was quiet, and very clean. We haven’t stayed anywhere quite like that before and it felt like being in a story book. Definitely need a car to get into Hobart CBD, but it was our base for 5 nights as we explored the region, so we had one. It was fabulous and I highly recommend it.

Staff was great. Liked that though the lounge closed for business around 5:00, it was still accessible to enjoy our own food or beverage.

Our family of 4 stayed in the Queen Deluxe room and it was amazing. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The welcome cookies and being able to help yourself to one when the sign was out do so was a hit for the kids. Would stay again. The only down side was having to pay for the parking.
