Everything was great with the exception that they turned off the water for one night and they only provided water bottles for the first night. They asked us to go down to the lobby to refill and reused the plastic bottles.

I would strongly recommend this wonderful hotel! Hidden gem in the heart of Manhattan! The best location, 2 minutes away from Central Park. Very good services, amenities and attitude! Complimentary soft drinks and snacks 24/7 for the hotel guests, everyday room housekeeping, same day laundry service. This is the hotel for people, not only for business. I enjoyed every day during my stay in this hotel. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you!

My room was quiet, spacious enough for one. There was only one room next to mine (the others were on the other side of the elevator). My room also faced an unused alleyway between buildings, so I didn't get the blaring morning sunlight or street traffic noise. I did not try out the complimentary breakfast or happy hour libations, so can't speak to that. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Great location -- Near Central Park and walkable to theaters. Subway just 2 blocks away to get downtown. Staff is professional and friendly. Perfect room for one or two people. Provided breakfast is a perk, as is wine happy hour each day. I would recommend as well as stay there again.
