Clown show.
HVAC was broken my room was 81 degrees. They performed hvac maintenance while I was getting ready to go out. Paid $700 for that.

I barely slept due to noisy construction work in the middle of the night. Hotel could not provide ear plugs and had no other rooms.

Very clean, great location. Bed is comfortable, but pillows are not. Location is great, but very noisy at all hours. Shades do not block out all light from outside. Tiny room, but very well appointed. Front desk staff is great.

Everything was great with the exception that they turned off the water for one night and they only provided water bottles for the first night. They asked us to go down to the lobby to refill and reused the plastic bottles.
