We got to the hotel very late at night. The bathroom in our room was very dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable. We decided to check out the next day as our trip was planned for 6 nights. Thankfully the general manger was nice enough to apologize and let us checked out early.

This was a great property. Rooms were nice. Gym is super tiny though. Wish they had an agreement with a neighborhood gym for their guests. The hotel is in a great spot with some convenient options around. Starbucks is across the street grand central is a block or so away.

Sooooo lets start off by saying..... it was cute. Ambiance was cute. Location perfect. Valet parking $85 although they said $75. Room was so small that we both couldn't immediately follow the other in the room. One had to be completely in before the other could come in and close the door. Bathroom tight. No robes, no slippers, no microwave. Yes its soundproof but to the other rooms not the hallway. You hear everything and forget trying to sleep in house keeping started at 830. Vacuumming and all. Ok. Soo on another note. Staff was nice. Back to it. They charge an extra $100 in fees when you arrive. And i requested a high floor for my fiance birthday trip and got stuck on the 4th floor with a view of a brick wall. Back to the positive.. they are willing to hold your bags until check-in time and after if you need to shop after check out before you get your car. I definitely wouldnt stay here again but ig it is manhattan and everything is tight.

Great staff, coffee in the mornings, good products in the room, free water - all very nice. The showers need a shelf for personal toiletries, such as a razor. The current setup lacks it and it’s annoying trying to balance one’s razor atop the mounted bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Cool hotel near Grand Central Station. Nice area - not too busy, near restaurants, transport and shops. Hotel is boutique style - not big rooms but that’s NYC. Staff are lovely - Judy and the team. Water was replenished daily although note no coffee maker in room. Close to all night deli and loads of places for breakfast. It was a really good choice and would choose it again.

They charge around 200 per night but the service is terrible. When asked for cutlery, one night they said restaurant is closed, cant provide, the other night they just provided plastic spoons and forks but no plates, not even paper plates. The lady at the reception charged me more than what I was seeing on Expedia. The ceiling in the bathroom did show signs of moss. When you pay so much money you expect a little bit of service. It was not a lot but still it did not equate to the amount on my expedia bill. Overall it was a very very bad experience.

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We lucked out and got upgraded to a junior suite since the room we booked was over booked, so I really appreciated that. It’s also super convenient with grand central right down the street. We would definitely stay here again!

great location but service needs big improvement
Location is great, front desk is good, bed is really comfy, but service needs a lot of improvement (in spite of high resort fee). The floor was not properly vacuumed, one day the bathroom was not cleaned, the bathroom was out of body wash, We had to remind everything to staff. This is the second time we are staying and the same service issues.

This was NOT a four star hotel. Not even three. It’s well located and the staff was just okay. Housekeeping would always forget a key item each day—toilet paper, towels, coffee—and it was a hassle to have to ask for what is expected. The rooms were shabby—stains on furniture, duct tape holding the bathroom mirror in place, an inconsistent air conditioner. Disappointing.
