Our shower had mold in the corners. The furniture was completely beat up with scratches. The room had a smell of cleaning products or something that gave us both headaches. No carpeting anywhere in the hotel and the floors are all scratched up. This is not a 4 star hotel. I don’t know how hotels like this get rated but this is a misleading rating on Orbitz. We checked out first thing in the morning. I just hope we didn’t take home bed bugs with us as this hotel was disgusting and my wife got bit by some bug during the night. People were hanging out in the hallways. Doors slamming in the middle of the night. We paid a $25 resort fee!?! For what? I want my money back! I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me the $500 we spent on this room to stay there.

The design of the room is very peculiar. There is a window to the bathroom in the bedroom and whenever we showered the water l would go on the bathroom floor making a huge mess.

The hotel was nice but the staff were rude sometimes. I asked for an extra blanket and they told me they couldn’t bring one to the room, and the bartender at the bar got there late so opened late and then ignored me when I went back because she was playing on her phone.

Reasonable hotel. Good value in this area. But really not comfortable you have to book housekeeping basically 48 hours in advance. They seem seriously understaffed to me. No one answers the front desk phone cause the poor clerk is helping five people. Can’t get a cup of coffee unless it’s certain hours of the day. I know hotels in NYC are overpriced these days. And Brooklyn can be hip. But I don’t need an ikea bed with a rubber sheet …. Five days and terrible sleep …. Shower is ok. But amenities are awful. Shape up Tillary. You could be awesome. But you are just so meh….
