Hotel with excellent location, walking distance from DUMBO and subway stations lines J-Q-R-6-F, however Staff doesn’t take ownership of any issue/situation. Room was OK, it includes coffee machine, fridge, however safebox wasn’t working; housekeeping leaving 1 towel only for a room occupied by 2 guests, no shower gel and other amenities. Using lobby for external photo shootings, not safe at all.

Lobby was clean and well maintained but i found a vape on my bed as soon as i lifted the blanket probably left by the previous gues Makes me think if the bedsheets were even clean. Management needs to ensure cleaning staff does their job well

Hotel was pretty decent staff a bit rude breakfast not so much as what they advertise you’re able to get one pastry and one coffee for free at breakfast other than that decent place to stay if you’re not gonna be in town for too long
