It was a great stay the only down points is that ...it was hard knowing where to check in. Apparently you have to go to 5th floor to check in. Their down floor has a club which was confusing. The use of differently situated elevators was also confusing at first. The place is great though.

When we first checked in, the receptionist already gave us an attitude as if we were bothering him when I asked him a question. We wanted to take a picture of surrounding then chased us stating the balcony was closed because we went outside. We arrived at 1:00pm and asked if we can check in early. He did not even check and just stated that there is a $50 charge for early check in. When checking out, the front desk people were all busy texting and when I asked if I can leave my luggages, she just points and states "you leave it down stairs". No thank you's for staying with them or have a nice day. Then, when we were leaving the luggages downstairs, the guy made it clear that there is a $2.00 charge per bag. Disappointing stay! But not going to let them ruin my trip to NYC!

I was unfortunately disappointed with my stay, especially considering the price I paid. For $1,500, I expected a much higher standard of service and amenities. To begin with, there was only one working elevator for the entire hotel, which meant I had to wait up to 10 minutes each time just to get to my floor. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate every time I showered. Another downside was the lack of provided water in the room, which I found surprising given the price point. The view from my room was also underwhelming. While I understand staying in New York City can be expensive, the hotel did not live up to the expectations set by its pricing. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I will not be returning in the future.

Great location to get to a lot of activities nearby. Bars and restaurants in n every direction. Beautiful view of the WTC memorial. Only thing negative to say is two queens would be better rather than two full beds.
