Fire alarm went off multiple times in the five nights we were there. Each time when we called the front desk we were told it was the steam from someones shower. I doubt that was true, as you could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway. The strange thing is that although the alarm was going off for at times an hour, the fire department never showed up. Our room was only serviced one time over a five night stay. We I went to the front desk and asked for towels, I was told they only had only two towels left. After talking to some guests at the hotel, I got the feeling that they were homeless and being housed at the hotel. Just 15 steps from the front door there was trash, liquor bottles and rats all over the sidewalk. Such a pleasent stay!

Second stay at this property which is well situated for visiting family who live in Park Slope. It’s clean, comfortable and the breakfast is good. The employees are very courteous and responsive to your needs. I especially appreciated Devin and Eartha who checked us in and out.

It was a well situated hotel for our stay during a family wedding. Plenty to see and do and restaurants all within walking distance or quick Lyft. It is a very utilitarian hotel and got the job done with a very friendly, helpful staff.
