I waited an hour in the cold for the shuttle, watched every other hotel shuttle come and go - some of them even twice. Finally called them and it turns out they are the only hotel that doesn't have a regular shuttle. Reception, restaurant and shuttle staff were not the warmest welcoming. The room was ok, clean and quiet. I did not have breakfast in the hotel but did lose money in the coffee machine as it wasn't working properly. Nobody was able or wanted to reimburse me since they said it was a third-party supplier. I also ordered diner in the restaurant. It took a very long time to get served and the portions were tiny and a lot of the ingredients from the menu dish-description were missing. In summary this hotel offers a clean room close to the airport. If you don't expect more, it is perfect.

So hard to sleep at night with whatever was happening in the floor above us. It sounded like beds were being moved around and jumping. In the morning, construction began very early and we could not sleep in due to the noise.

The room was clean, but either too hot or cold. No rug on the floor = chilly feet. Also no thick blanket on the bed. Just a sheet and a thin quilt. Made us keep the heat on, but then it got too hot! Also didn’t find the bed/ pillows comfortable - but that’s a matter of taste. Also no hand soap in the the bathroom. Conditioner, body wash and shampoo in the shower was fine. Front desk was super. Helpful and I was provided toothbrushes and toothpaste when we needed it (bc didn’t expect the overnight stay). Airport shuttle was convenient.

Only good thing about this place was the very friendly and helpful young woman who worked reception that evening. Would never stay here again however. Room smelled awful. Terrible and strange fluorescent lighting throughout. No hand soap in room. Dangerous and precariously stacked heavy boxes throughout the hallway. Entire hotel reeks of weed. Reservation said we booked a “family room” that had a bunk bed. There was NO bunk bed and, instead, a totally unusable pull out couch that was not usable for any human being - adult or child. Pull out couch mattress was like a piece of felted cardboard and bed was nearly impossible to pull out. When I called the front desk, I unfortunately didn’t reach the nice young woman but instead, spoke with a very unhelpful man who offered no assistance regarding the room not matching what we reserved. Many broken appliances. Nothing was good. Room stench kept us awake.
