Absolutely disgusting facility we didn’t stay. We had to drive 1.5 hours home that night. I don’t even think sewer rats would stay in this hotel. I want my money back

The fire alarm went off at about 1:00 am. The hotel could have and should have given a later check out time instead of knocking on my door a hour prior to checkout. Considering the disruption in the middle of the night and the lack of any compensation for said disruption, the repeated knocking, 3 separate occasions, was quite obnoxious and ridiculous.
