A great hotel
The rooms are spacious and face the river (beautiful views). Mattress good quality. Bathrooms need an update but clean and functional. Cooked breakfast very good (although croissants and coffee disappointing). Staff super friendly and professional.

Amazing stay highly recommended car park onsite, beautiful 5th floor room over the river extremely comfortable bed no noise slept so well. Tea coffee and water in room.10 mins from shops but hotel on quayside with numerous bars and restaurants near by. Breakfast both mornings delicious. Helpful staff

Stayed 1 night. Arrived early so room wasn't ready but large bar and lounge area with River view to relax and order food/beverage. Staff was very helpful with suggestions and information. Breakfast was copious and well-organized. Relaxing to sit with a view of the river. All rooms have a view of the river. Lovely and peaceful. One of few hotels on the river with parking! Plenty of restaurants and activities on the quay in front of the hotel. Excellent value for money.

I was mostly really disappointed that parking wasnt included in the hotel. The main reason I booked was to have parking in the city and was happy to pay extra for it. Next time I will be staying outside of the city in a place that lets their own guests use the parking for free. Room was alirght but for that price again...parking should be free. So easy to do and is just due to greed.
