Excellent stay
The room was excellent. There was a fridge and kettle which was great. The bathroom had a bath and a shower in the bath. No problem getting a non slip mat for the bath. The Hotel was walking distance to the shops and quayside.

Okay, slightly disappointed on the breakfast
Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and pleasant reception staff with a. Great central location to the centre. Couple of issues: lifts where very temperamental not stopping at the right floor, then one of them breaking down. Breakfast was not good at all. It was cold due to the heaters not heating or keeping warm food warm. However, reception acted upon this and refunded us the breakfast off our final bill. Hopefully if they do sort that out then we would certainly stay here again

Lovely hotel, ideal location in town centre, with plenty parking although not advertised well. Very clean spacious rooms. Bed & pillows poor in comparison to other hotel stays.

Rooms are nice, but large security deposit is held for way too long. Not a good service, ruins the overall stay having them keep your large deposit at ransom for so long.
