Not a great experience after the stay.
The accomodation was fine. However they take £200 deposit not the £50 stated on the booking website. This can take up to 24 days to get back The invoice that came was so confusing it looked like they were charging £134 for minibar. They did charge £3 for pringles which we didnt have. Not a good experience.

Took nearly 30 minutes to check in. Appreciate it was check in time for everyone at 3pm. However, service from the staff member who checked us in was fabulous. Great room. Generous sized. Comfy bed. Great bar service and ambience. Lovely breakfast. Speedy checkout.

We were able to check in an hour earlier which was handy. Wasn't the cleanest, stain on duvet cover and the room was dusty. The hairdryer in the room was broken. Location is good, very walkable. Bed was comfy. Haven't received my security deposit back yet...
