Can’t really complain for the price paid and the inclusive use of the gym and pool in our room rate was fantastic as the facilities are brilliant. I unfortunately would not book again though as although it was quiet in terms of other guests , the noise from the fan in the bathroom led me to lye awake for over two hours before being able to fall asleep. It is really quite loud and you can only close the bathroom door from the inside so there’s nothing you can do to try and lessen the sound. We asked at reception about this who told us it would go off in the night which they must have known is clearly untrue. It’s also sadly put me off booking other village hotels as although the facilities are first rate I wouldn’t want to risk the issue of the unstoppable fan again.

Hotel was excellent, no complaints,just a few suggestions that family room had no usb plug sockets. Breakfast was ok, no selection of eggs only scrambled on offer, and no fresh fruit bowl, only bananas and oranges.

Only 1 hand towel asked for another as we had 4 day stay. Received 1 then housekeeper in afternoon took all away and our bath towel leaving us with 1 again!! Room had 2 fans and still much to hot to sit in for very long so very uncomfortable. Needs air conditioning Had to keep getting a glass for the bathroom as well.

Not much to see close to the hotel.
My husband and i had a room with twin beds. It was quiet a nice room at the back of the hotel but not a very good view as we looked out at the swimming pool roof . The room was very warm as it was in August but there was huge quilts on the beds which we removed and just slept with the quilt cover over us. I don't know if that was the reason our bed wasn't made for the three nights we stayed. On the second night we had to go back down to the reception because towels were only left for one person . I think it's not very good that guests have to pay £5 per night for parking but people using the gym get 4 hours free . On the good side the Breakfast is very good but the bar prices are a bit steep. The swimming pool is huge and there's a great gym .
