It was a lovely venue to stay. Convenient for the city of Norwich and the town of Fakenham, where we were headed. We couldn't understand why there were no hooks for the hand towels, no toilet roll holder or beakers in the bathroom.

The room was not good over the gym and when sumba was on 2 times a day the noise was defining and the floor shook .Staff were not helpful and didn’t offer us another room said they didn’t have one ,load of rubbish , Offered no refund said next visit they would give us a better room ,they knew about the noise .but still booked out the rooms

The reception staff were friendly. The location was good. The hotel room and stairs etc was a bit grubby could do with a hoover and clean. Swimming pool a nice size but when my young son and I used it a group of teenagers came in and started jumping in doing somersaults and bombs, swearing a bit and it was just a bit off putting for us. We only had chips in the bar but they took ages and when they came were meant to be skinny fires but seems to be a mix of all sorts and some had chip spice on, it was a chip pick and mix like they were leftovers from meals being sent From the restaurant.

Nice hotel but a little hard to get to
Nice hotel, ( if a little out of the way very narrow lane to get to it) Nice pool, nice breakfasts overlooking the golf course We were in room 31 next to a fire door which double banged every time anybody came in or out ( have Tod reception so hopefully they do something about it

I would recommend this place to anyone,who wanted a place to stay for a weekend or week and who wanted to play golf. The place had everything i wanted for a weekend break. The breakfast and evening meal was excellent. I would differently go back again.

Was so looking forward to our stay unfortunately we were very disappointed. Walking to the room obviously been a flood the corridor smelt like curdled milk. On entering our room it smelt sour and old. The room itself was large bathroom very dated shower door needed a really good clean to get the black mould off it. The breakfast was lovely in a nice big restaurant. Seemed all the money goes into the golf club house and not the accommodation. Such a shame
