This villa will delight you with its comfort and functionality. supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, bar, restaurant 3 kms away.
The BENOA villa is made up of 3 beautiful bedrooms of 13 m² each, one with a private shower room and WC, a second shower room, 1 WC, 1 equipped kitchen, living room, dining room. Outside you will find a beautiful terrace of 70m² with a garden furniture, a Barbecue, and 4 deckchairs. A beautiful swimming pool of 8 mx 4 m.

Villa neuve proximité Saint-Florent
Location neuve idéalement placée proximité Saint Florent. Au pied du cap Corse, pas de vue mer, cependant proche route. Très propre, hôte réactive et agréable. Deco sobre et de bon goût, très bien équipée, joli terrasse équipée et piscine chauffée, terrain sécurisé.
